Ticketing Policies

Canceling or Getting a Refund
Plans change – we understand. You may cancel your seat with a 100% refund as long as this is done by May 12, 2026. The refund process may take up to 4 weeks.
 

Transferring Your Ticket
You can transfer your seat to a friend or colleague no later than May 19, 2026. Transfers will not be possible after this date.
